At first I doubt it would work, as everything looks so empty yet at this platform, but after a few days I spoke to the homebrewer I’ve got 2 bottles of Rubinger Beer shipped to my home address in Belgium. Very well packed, bottles arrived safely. The label is a good first impression, good material and nice design, looks professional. The blue bottle is a bit unusual but I think it suited well. I kept the beers for one day standing at the fridge, following the recommendations from the homebrewer. The tasting experience was very nice. The beer tasted fresh and balanced. Could feel a strong aroma of hops and also the bitterness from them. Color was pale and the clarity was good. Body was medium and carbonation was very well achieved, it formed a nice beer head which persisted for quite some time. I would like it more if there was more malt presence and alcohol power, like in an IPA. But after all, it tasted really good. If I hadn’t known it, I would not tell it was a homebrew beer. Seems like something I would get at any beer place. And the homebrewer is a very nice guy. I will definitely make a donation and see if I can get some more samples XD
